Great rooms and location for shopping. Food very tasty. Clean pools and great waterpark for kids. Entertainment was fine. 6 adults 3 teenagers and 1 baby all enjoyed it. Weather was great with any problems sorted quickly. Thanks to all the friendly staff. Will be back.

The hotel is clean and nice, with large spacious rooms. However, we had a blocked shower and broken wardrobe... just some signs of wear and age which can be seen here and there. The pools are excellent, and the water park/slides area is great fun. There weren't really any queues and you could always get on a slide. The staff are helpful, but not too smiley. However, the Animation team were excellent, they really made an effort to make sure we had fun and enjoyed our holiday, I can't speak highly enough of them. Great area to go shopping with lots of shops and variety. Overall, it was a brilliant holiday.

This is one of the best hotels we have been to. Really good food. The selection is impressive. Good program for children. Nice trainingroom. Large and nice pool areas. The aqua park was great for both children and adults. Good service. Nice staff. The hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back.
